DIY Felt Flower Hair Clips with Mini Felt Balls!

As the flowers bloom so does our Spring style! This season, we're loving all of the flower hair clips we've been seeing and these mini felt ball flower clips might just be our favorite! These adorable accessories are easy to make and only take about 5 minutes! Follow along to fit right in with the nature of Spring 🌼

Supplies You'll Need:

Step 1: Make Your Felt Flower

Start by choosing your felt balls and arranging them in a flower shape. TWe thought we would use 5 but we actually needed 6 as petals, plus one in the center as the focal point. Experiment with different color combinations to find the perfect look!

Then, use hot glue to secure your petal felt balls to your center ball and you have your flower ready to go!

Step 2: Make Your Hair Clip

Cut a piece of your 3/8" ribbon and grab your choice of hair clip. We used RABOM's Snap Clips but you can use any style! We recommend you wrap any of them with ribbon for a more polished look. Here is how we did ours!

Step 3: Attach the Hair Clip

Once your flower is secure, apply a generous amount of hot glue to the top of your clip. Carefully press your felt flower onto the glue, ensuring it is centered and firmly attached.

Step 4: Let It Set & Enjoy!

Allow the glue to fully dry and set before using your new hair clip!
