Whether you're making one for yourself, a gift, or even to sell at craft markets, this quick project adds a handmade touch to your ride.

🧵 What You’ll Need:

  • 1 sheet of printed felt (we used [insert print name or link here])

  • Scissors or rotary cutter

  • Hole punch (a standard or 1/4" punch works great)

  • Satin ribbon (about 12-18 inches)

  • Essential oil or perfume spray

Step 1: Choose and Cut Your Felt Shape

Pick your favorite printed felt design—florals, fruity prints, stars, or anything that fits your vibe. We went with Bookstore Bows today! Then trace your shape onto the back of the felt and cut it out. We did this twice for a double sided look!

Cut out your shape using scissors or a rotary cutter and a hole puncher for clean edges.

Step 2: Attach Your Freshie

Use hot glue to attach both sides of the felt so that your freshie can be double sided!

Step 3: Tie Your Ribbon

Grab your favorite coordinating ribbon and loop it through the hole. You'll need this to attach it to your rearview mirror.

Step 3: Add Scent

Apply a few drops of essential oil or give your freshener a light mist of your favorite perfume. Focus on the back side so the design stays fresh and visible.

And then you're done!Â
