1. Cut Your Felt Banner Shape

 

Start by cutting your felt sheets to 10" long and 7.5" wide. You can keep the bottom straight for a clean look, or trim into a pointed or scalloped shape for extra flair! It's totally up to you!

2. Create the Fold-Down Pocket

 

Measure 1 inch from the top edge of your felt sheet. Fold this section down toward the back and glue along the bottom edge of the fold. This creates a pocket for your dowel: no stitching required!

Let it dry completely before sliding your dowel through the opening.

3. Add Your Design

 

Using the free SVG files, cut your pumpkin, ghost, or word designs from felt or heat transfer vinyl.

For a soft, dimensional look, use felt shapes.

For crisp lettering, try iron-on vinyl or felt sticker sheets.
