Materials:

Let's get started!

Step 1

Let's start by cutting your felt into the rainbow arches! Download our free SVG and cut using either a cutting machine such as a Cricut, or first print then trace onto freezer paper and attach to your felt with light heat and cut out using regular scissors.

Step 2

Next, use your hot glue gun to stack the layers attach them together. Leave out your second large arch until later! This will later become the backside that will sandwich the ribbon inside!

Step 3

Now, grab some coordinating 3/8" ribbon.

Then, cut 2, 3" pieces of each color!

Step 4

Flip your rainbow over and glue your ribbon strips to the back.

Step 5

Now you are ready to glue your wooden dowel rod to the center and then close it all off by gluing your backside rainbow piece on top.

And you're done!

It's a great rainy day craft for your kids to help you choose the colors and put together!

We love to see how yours turned out!
